How to Consign

Consigning your items with us is easy, because we do all the work for you! Here are some simple guidelines to follow before you drop your items off to us for consignment.

Please check with us ahead of time, to confirm if we are accepting consignment. We do periodically put holds on accepting consignment - this is catch up time
We accept no more than 30 items per consignor/per week
Items must be in new and/or gently used condition
Ensure to check your items over thoroughly for an defects (such as stains, holes, missing buttons)
All zippers, buttons, belts, and clasps must be in working condition
Shoes must be clean and have little to no wear
Check pockets
All items must be freshly laundered when possible, folded and placed in a box or reusable bag
We do not accept wedding dresses, graduation dresses, or men's suits, simply because they do not sell
If any of your items are rejected, it is a business decision and not a personal one. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know what sells and what doesn't

Our Process

Once your items are dropped off to us, please allow at least one week for us to get your items out. It's a process that takes time, so we appreciate your patience. When we upload your inventory into our software, you will receive an email, outlining your inventory and the selling prices. You will also find in the email, a link to your consignor account, where you can log on, and check the status of your items.

When your consignment items have expired (approximately 70 days), you have 7 business days after we contact you to pick up your unsold items should you want them back. If you decide not to take your unsold items back, they will be placed on our $1 rack.

Once we contact you, and write out your check, you must have the check picked up within 6 months; otherwise, the check becomes void and we will not issue another one. You can also choose to leave any funds from your sold items on your consignor account funds on your account does not expire) in which can be used towards instore purchases at any time.

Time Frame

Items will be placed on our regular sales racks for 60 days. Once the 60 day time limit has elapsed, items will then go on our half price rack for seven days. Once the 67 days have elapsed (approximately), we will contact you to come pick up any unsold items (should you want them back) and a check if anything has sold.
If you choose not to take your unsold items back ,they will be placed on our $1 rack for a limited amount of time. If they do not sell within an allotted time, we donate your items to the local SPCA thrift store.
